Description


The modern shape of the umbrella is attributed to Samuel Fox, who ensured the shape was narrow and even in a closed position.
All Brigg umbrellas utilise the original 1873 patented  "Fox Frame".

This Malacca Ladies cane two-piece Brigg model features a silver or plated gold collar with engraved Royal Warrant, black nylon or hand woven English silk canopy, and a 20" frame of high tensile strength. All handmade components, Malacca wood handle, grown in the Straits of Malacca in Malaysia.
