Here at Swaine Adeney Brigg we offer a repair service to mend your much beloved items. Our skilled repairer will cast his expert eye over the item and provide a quotation for any work he deems necessary or advisable.

"Item" includes all leather goods, umbrellas and walking sticks that are made by :

Swaine Adeney Brigg ONLY, we cannot repair any other Manufacturers' goods

Can I take my item for repair to the St James shop directly?

Yes.

How long do repairs generally take?

Following quotation approval, we will endevour to repair items within two weeks, as long as fixtures and fittings are available.

What if the cost of repair is too high and I decide not to go ahead?

All postal charges must be covered for the item's return.

What if my item cannot be repaired?

If it is not economically viable to repair the item, we will also advise you accordingly. All postal charges must be covered in the event that the item is beyond repair.
