Orders & Delivery
All orders will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours of receipt, subject to availability.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail / Parcel Force - please allow 3-5 days for delivery in UK, 18 days abeoad. The postal charge will be shown before you reach the final check out on the site.
- Bespoke orders will be charged when the order is placed. Please note bespoke orders can take up to 12 weeks to complete.
- Any orders received after 12.00 noon on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).
- A signature will be required to receive all deliveries [so please ensure there will be someone at the address]. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
- We are sorry but we do not at this time accept orders for delivery to BFPO addresses.
- Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.
- We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.
- All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Returns
- Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, it's OK to change your mind. We are pleased to offer a refund on any unworn or unused stock item, returned in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 14 working days of receipt, using the pre-paid returns address label attached to your dispatch note.
- A completed returns form must also be enclosed with any item(s) returned. This form can be found on the back of the dispatch note enclosed with your order. Items received without a completed returns note will delay the refund process.
- You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.
- On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
- Items ordered online cannot be returned or refunded at any of our retail outlets.
- Your statutory rights are not affected; these mean goods supplied will be of proper quality, as described and suitable for the purpose intended.
